- Shipping
· All packages are shipped K-packet Service (by Korea Post Office) international.
* K-packet Service : K-packet is one of Korea post office services and is an international mail service suitable for overseas delivery of small item sold online.
· We ship all orders out in 1-2 business day from Seoul, Republic of Korea, 04550.
· If you need your item to arrive quicker please contact me so we can make arrangements to upgrade to the shipping method preferred. I can then adjust your shipping cost for you.
* Undelivered / Lost Packages
· If your piece gets lost or damaged, We offer a replacement or a full refund. - a piece is considered missing if it hasn't been received, there is no record of it after 21 working days and it is confirmed missing by postal carrier or courier. We ship registered post or courier our orders so we always have a tracking number.
- Return & Exchanges
· Due to the nature of the paper material, no refund or exchange is possible. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
· If your piece is returned to us because you were unable to collect from Post Office or not at home to accept a delivery, customer pays to reship the item.
- Ink we use
· We use the highest quality ink, EPSON UltraChrome® HDX ink.

- Paper we use
· We use the best quality paper, ILFORD GALERIE Smooth Cotton Rag 310gsm.
· 100% cotton rag · Very smooth surface · No optical brighteners · High color consistency and gamut
- Package Design
· Small size prints (A4 and more) are sealed in an envelope with a cello sleeve between stiff cardboard to help protect from any bending and moisture.
· Medium & Large size prints (A2 and more) are carefully shipped in a heavy-duty 3mm wall postal tube. Then we put the tube in the box and wrapped it more safely.
